As a practice, we take up commercial interior projects only when it excites us. So far, we’ve worked for PJ’s Boutique, a clothing company, where the scope of work involved converting a 30-year-old flat into a boutique space. The space had beautiful wooden rafters and oxide finishes that made the project appealing. Apart from this, we’ve worked on a Writer’s Cafe kiosk, an F&B company, in Phoenix Mall, our very first project. It was after we took up the kiosk that we started observing another side of these malls. We also took up work for X SEED Education, a Singapore-based ed-tech company, and our first corporate client. Then came a project that resounded with Gowri and Prakash’s passion, fitness and cricket respectively – we had the opportunity to work with R Accelerate, a training gym for athletes, picking up the prospect swiftly. Along the way was also a small renovation project for a client and a space who/ which radiated positive and divine energy, with the aim of serving people – the Sakalya Wellness Centre. So many of us live with the drive of being positive in life, and here was a space that helped us achieve it; we decided that we will not miss this milestone of an opportunity!
